Holiday Lettings

Terms & Conditions

You are entering into a legally binding contract when you book a holiday home. We strongly recommend you take out holiday cancellation insurance. If you are forced to cancel, for whatever reason, under the law you will be liable. Any cancellation should be made in writing. We will attempt to re-let the property but if we are not successful either in total or part, then a refund or part refund will be made. If re-letting is unsuccessful, then all monies paid will be forfeit.

Full letting weeks are from Friday to Friday (alternative days by prior arrangement - please enquire). Please contact us if you wish to stay for a short break (min. 2 nights) as these are available by prior arrangement and are subject to availability.

Our self-catering accommodation is available from 3pm on the day of arrival. Please vacate by 10.30am on your departure date. A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the full balance is required for all bookings with the booking form and final payment is required 6 weeks in advance of the arrival date. We also require a £100 security deposit for Boscote Cottage o be sent in a separate cheque along with the final payement. Once final payment has been made, this is non-refundable and we strongly recommend you take out holiday cancellation insurance.

The client will be liable for the cost of any damage to the property or breakages which occur during the rental period. We respectfully ask clients to leave the accommodation in the condition in which they found it. Clients will be liable for extra cleaning costs.

N.B. Any breakages, damage to the property or failure to return the Visitor's Parking Permit for Boscote Cottage will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit.
