Stratford offers excellent shopping in a beautiful setting, on the banks of the river Avon.
The theatre and the Shakespearean historic houses are all walking distance from the cottage. There is also a rich selection of restaurants, pubs and cafes to choose from.
Situated in a very attractive area of the town, the cottage is part of a pretty terrace of Victorian cottages. It is furnished to a very high standard and comfortably sleeps four people in the large twin (or super king) bedroom, single bedroom, and lounge with single sofa bed.
With traditional flag-stone flooring, cosy rugs and open hearth the lounge is comfortably furnished and tastefully styled. Freeview digital television and a DVD player are provided in the Cottage.
The leather settee opens up into a high quality metal action sofa bed to accommodate a fourth person in the cottage very comfortably.
The kitchen is modern and well-equipped with cooker, fridge, microwave, washing machine, cutlery, china and glassware.
The master bedroom at Boscote is light and modern and furnished to a high standard with luxury wrought iron beds which can either be made up as twin beds or as one super king size bed.
The bathroom comprises bath with shower over, lavatory and wash hand basin.
Outside, Boscote Cottage has a pretty courtyard garden complete with garden furniture and barbecue. It is a wonderful sun trap and allows you the opportunity to relax with a glass of wine in a secluded setting.

A welcome pack comprising bacon, eggs, bread, milk, butter and biscuits is provided for each self-catering break of two nights or more. Tea and coffee are provided in the cottage.
